Our spoken English is not very fluent, so we prefer to make phone calls in french only.

Pedalboards
Yes, if you live near La Rochelle (or are passing through) and depending on the products available at the workshop: it’s possible. If you’d like to try out a product, send us an e-mail.prendre rendez-vous
The choice of pedalboard depends on your needs (number of pedals, type of configuration, live or studio use only, ease of use…).
Once you’ve defined your specifications, you can contact the workshop to help you define the model and options to meet them.
We recommend using Pedalplayground.com to help you define the dimensions you need.

A custom pedalboard is a catalog pedalboard with pre-defined options that you choose to adapt to your project.
A custom pedalboard is a pedalboard that goes beyond the catalog standards (dimensions, options…) and requires adaptations to match your project. This type of pedalboard requires more time (customer exchanges, design, manufacturing…) and is therefore on average 30 to 50% more expensive than a catalog model.

The general principle :
1. We validate your project together
2. We send you the corresponding quote
3. You validate the quote by return e-mail
4. We start production on schedule
5. When your pedalboard is ready 👉 we send you a link to pay for your order
6. When payment is validated 👉 we ship your order
Production lead times are currently 4 to 8 weeks (March 2024).
Please note: all orders placed in a given month go into production the following month.

From the moment you receive your pedalboard**, you have 30 days to try it out and change your mind.
(*) subject to validation of the pedalboard’s condition on return.

All our pedalboards come with a 2-year warranty (see terms and conditions).
Beyond this period, we always provide after-sales service in the event of a problem.
Payment and shipping
Accepted means of payment are :

✔️ Bank transfer received (requires processing time)
Not at present, but we are thinking of introducing a system of payment in several instalments without charge in the near future.
All our pedalboards are delivered by parcel post via Mondial Relay.
If you wish to choose another carrier* 👉 please indicate this when placing your order.

We ship anywhere in the European Union (EU).

Our catalog pedalboards are shipped free of charge to Metropolitan France*, but we ship anywhere in the European Union (EU).

Wiring setup and pedalboard designing
The cabling service is :
✔️ The manufacture of customized cables (audio, power, etc.), individually or in batches.
✔️ Complete cabling of pedalboard systems
✔️ Pedalboard maintenance and servicing

Absolutely, and we can adapt to your schedule to reduce the time your equipment is away.

Don’t worry, at rhuitsept we’re used to it and we’ll advise you to ensure a smooth shipment.
You can also drop it off directly at our workshop (we even have a great coffee machine 🤪).
We check our customers’ configurations free of charge*.
